Shipping Charges

Except for drop shipments directly from our suppliers, items are normally shipped via US Postal Service 2-3 business day Priority or First Class Mail at the following rates: Total purchase of $50 and under_________________$4.95 Total purchase of $50.01-$85.00_________________$6.95 Total purchase of $85.01 +______________________$7.95 Sorry, but we do not offer overnight shipping. Delivery time on priority and first class shipping is normally 2-3 business days from the date we ship. Other means may be used at the above rates at our discretion when delivery times are comparable or when items are shipped directly from our suppliers. For example, items shipped from our suppliers via UPS ground may take up to 5 business days, depending on distance between customer and supplier. We make every effort to get in-stock items out same or next business day. Items on backorder at our suppliers may take longer. Please e-mail us at sales@sixthgearstore.com to verify expected delivery date, if this is of concern. Shipping and Billing Addresses - We will ship only to addresses within the United States of America (including APO addresses) and will accept credit card payment only by a credit card with a U.S. billing address. We do accept out-of-country payments through paypal.com which will convert many currencies to US dollars. The credit card will normally be charged at time of order.

Returns

You may return most items sold by sixthgearstore.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any product that has obvious signs of use. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
